I offer therapy sessions in Danish, English, and Spanish, online and in person in Barcelona, for people who want to feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
 

My approach combines Metacognitive Therapy with a grounded, holistic understanding of the body, mind, emotions, and nervous system. Together, we work with stress, anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that may be holding you back.
 

Alongside my therapeutic training, I bring years of experience in holistic healing, nervous system relaxation, Reiki, sound healing, massage, and women’s circles through Zenzi Tribe.
 

My sessions are calm, supportive, and practical, giving you a safe space to understand yourself better and create healthier ways of living with more balance, presence, and self-trust.

Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) is a modern and evidence-based form of therapy developed by Professor Adrian Wells in the UK. Today, metacognitive approaches are increasingly being integrated into many forms of talk therapy due to their effectiveness in treating anxiety, stress, overthinking, and depression.

In modern society, many of us have learned to give our thoughts too much importance and attention. We often believe we must analyse, control, or solve every thought that appears in the mind. Metacognitive Therapy offers a different perspective: understanding that we exist beyond our thoughts, and that peace is not found in overthinking, but in changing the way we relate to our mind.

Much of our emotional suffering comes not from the thoughts themselves, but from the constant focus, worry, rumination, and mental engagement we have with them. This is where Metacognitive Therapy can create profound change.

Through therapy, we first begin identifying existing mental patterns, coping strategies, and unconscious habits that may be maintaining stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. From there, we work on changing assumptions about the importance and meaning of thoughts, while strengthening the ability to detach from unhelpful thinking patterns and redirect attention back into the present moment.

The goal is not to “stop thinking,” but to develop a healthier and more balanced relationship with the mind. Over time, this creates greater clarity, calmness, emotional resilience, inner peace, and presence in everyday life.

Metacognitive Therapy is practical, structured, and focused on creating real change. While every person’s journey is individual, many people experience significant shifts within a relatively short period of time, often within around 6 sessions, when consistently applying the tools and techniques explored in therapy.

1:1 Therapy & Coaching Sessions (Online & In Person)

Feeling stuck in overthinking, stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm? These one-to-one sessions offer a calm and supportive space to understand your thoughts, regulate your nervous system, and create more clarity, balance, and inner stability. My one-to-one therapy and coaching sessions are available online and in person in Barcelona. They offer a calm and supportive space to work through overthinking, stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth. The sessions are primarily talk-based and combine reflective conversation with practical therapeutic tools. Together, we explore how you relate to your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and internal patterns, so you can better understand what keeps you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I integrate a metacognitive approach, which helps you step back from unhelpful thinking patterns instead of becoming controlled by them. This can support anxiety reduction, emotional resilience, clearer thinking, and a greater sense of balance in everyday life. Each session begins with simple grounding techniques to help regulate the nervous system and create a calm, focused space. During in-person sessions, light sound healing elements may also be included when appropriate to support relaxation and presence. Together, we explore subconscious patterns, emotional triggers, and coping strategies that may no longer be beneficial, while building healthier ways of responding, creating inner stability, and living more consciously in the present moment.

Group Therapy & Healing Circles

A safe and supportive space to connect, reflect, and grow with others. Group therapy sessions help you feel less alone, explore emotional patterns, and experience healing through shared awareness, guidance, and community. Group therapy sessions offer a calm, supportive, and healing environment where we come together through connection, openness, and shared growth. Through guided conversation, reflection, and emotional support, participants are invited to explore their emotions, patterns, triggers, and personal experiences within a safe group setting. These sessions create space to witness each other’s challenges, growth, and breakthroughs while learning healthier ways to navigate emotions, relationships, and inner patterns. Sharing in a supportive group can help reduce feelings of isolation, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and create a deeper sense of belonging, understanding, and self-awareness. The sessions support emotional healing, self-development, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and authentic human connection.

Healing Treatments: Reiki, Massage & Sound Healing

A deeply relaxing holistic treatment for stress relief, emotional release, and energetic balance. Each session combines massage, Reiki, aromatic cleansing, and sound healing to calm the nervous system and restore inner harmony. This holistic healing treatment is designed to support deep relaxation, stress relief, emotional release, energetic balance, and overall wellbeing. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and begins with a short consultation to understand your current emotional, physical, and energetic state. The treatment includes a calming full-body relaxation massage to release tension and support nervous system regulation, followed by aromatic cleansing, Reiki healing, and a restorative sound bath. Together, these elements create a full sensory healing experience that helps you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore inner harmony. This treatment can support relaxation, burnout recovery, anxiety relief, emotional balance, energetic cleansing, and mind-body connection.
